EOL test fixture - End-of-Line-Test

This is a mechanical test fixture for testing cameras. For this reason, the test process takes place in the dark area. This customized design enables the testing of 48 device under test (DUT) at the same time.

This is an EOL test with programming, in which DUTs with housing are tested. The fixture is made entirely of ESD-compliant material and is therefore electrostatically dissipative.

After the test fixture has been equipped with DUTs, the actual test procedure starts, which in this case takes several hours. In order to optimize the output during this long test process time, the fixture was designed in such a way that 48 test points can be tested at the same time. A large usable area of 510 x 700 mm was necessary. Every single device is contacted directly on the lower connector. There are five test points per device. This results in a total number of test points of 240 per test procedure.
