This customer requirement was to design a manually operated fixture. This testfixture forms the counterpart for an M12 plug connector and is used for the function test (FCT) of a sensor.
The fixture is plugged on from above using spring contact pins (FKS). It isn't necessary to define a predefined angle, the sensor to be tested is screwed into an arrester.
The connector test is carried out by contacting five poles and the thread (shield). The contact resistances have to be below 300mOhm. The fixture and all pins and receptacles with soldering cups guarantee absolute protection against accidental contact.
